FRANK G. ABERNATHY IS KILLED IN WRECK
Dr. Frank G. Abernathy, 28, of Palatka, Fla., who was born in Greenville and had numerous relatives here, was almost instantly killed in an automobile wreck Tuesday night near Palatka.
He was born here and moved with his family to Jacksonville, Fla. when he was a child. Recently he moved to Palatka to begin the practice of optometry.
Survivors are his wife and a small daughter, Donna, of Palatka: his mother, Mrs. Ellen Machen Abernathy of Jacksonville, and a brother, Machen Abernathy of Jacksonville.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday afternoon at 4:30 o'clock in Jacksonville.
Other Occupants of the car were also killed.
