J.H. Hungate received word yesterday that his daughter, Anna C., was found dead in bed that morning at the home of her sister, Mrs. Homer Ashbaugh, in St. Louis, Mo. He went to Omaha on the 11:13 train and Mr. and Mrs. A.P. Howes went down this morning to attend the funeral, which will be held in Omaha at noon today. Miss Hungate was severely hurt in an auto accident in Omaha over a year ago and never fully recovered from the effects of the injury. She was well known here, having been born in this city in 1873. When but a young girl her parents moved to Omaha, where she was graduated from the High school. She often came up to Blair since her father has been in business here, and she will be greatly missed by her many friends.
