Eva was born on October 31, 1924 to Drs. James and Mary Clarkson. She graduated from George Washington High School and Indiana University. During World War II, Mrs. Leo worked at Eli Lilly making vaccines. She worked as a sales person for many years at Mutual China Company and Goodman's Jewelers.
Eva was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Jack Di Leo. Also preceding her in death are her parents; her sister, Mary Clarkson Davis; and brother, James Clarkson. She is survived by her sister, Georgia (Mike) Fisher; children, Jane Leo, Jack "Bud" (Eva) Leo, Jerald (Jeanne) Leo, Judy (Roger) Bougher. Eva was blessed with six grandchildren, Tina Kloeker, Joanna (Barry) Failor, Joseph (Amy) Leo, Jason (Rebecca) Leo, Cory Bougher and Ricki Bougher. Also nine great-grandchildren, Blake Johnson, Dalton Kloeker, Anastasia, Daria and Jackson Failor, Grace and Emersen Leo, Demetrius Leo and Rocco Strunk.
