Bosque County Native Succumbs at Houston Hillsboro, Texas, Feb. 5. - Funeral was held at Coon Creek Church in Bosque County Monday for Samual David Rainbolt. Rainbolt, 83, died at the home of a daughter in Houston. He was a native of Bosque County and farmed there for more than fifty years before he retired. He is survived by two brothers, M. L. Rainbolt of Whitney and R. L. Rainbolt of Prairie Valley; a sister, Mrs. Martha Overton of Praire Valley; three sons, J. R. Rainbolt, Chester Rainbolt and A. A. Rainbolt, all of Fort Worth; four daughters, Mrs. Henry Phillipson of Fort Worth, Mrs. Effie Gorman and Mrs. Sam Stoudenmier, both of Houston, and Mrs. Jim Gouldman of Coon Creek; nineteen grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren.
