A gr-gr-gr-gr-gr-gr-gr-great grandmother in one of my paternal lines, Elizabeth Southworth Little was the great-granddaughter of John Alden and Priscilla Mullins of Mayflower fame.
Elizabeth married David Little, a descendant of another Mayflower passenger, Richard Warren. Richard Warren is an ancestor to many famous Americans. Among them are Presidents Ulysses S. Grant and Franklin D. Roosevelt; and Alan B. Shepard, Jr., the first American in space and fifth man to walk on the moon.
David and Elizabeth's daughter was Elizabeth Little, my gr-gr-gr-gr-gr-gr-great grandmother, Elizabeth Little.
