STATESBORO -- Mary Agnes Williams, 92, died Aug. 17 at Memorial Health University Medical Center.

The Bulloch County native was the widow of F. Everett Williams. She was a 1926 graduate of Statesboro High School and attended Brenau College. She was a teacher for several years at Stilson and Cooperville schools.

She was a charter member of the Cotillion Club, a member of the Merry Weeders Garden Club, the Gracious Ladies of Georgia, the Three O'Clocks Bridge Club and Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. She was a member of Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church for 65 years.

SURVIVORS: a son and daughter-in-law, Frank E. Williams Jr. and Billie Z. Williams of Oakton, Va.; a sister, Alma Everett of Statesboro; two grandsons and granddaughters-in-law, Frank E. Williams III and Paula S. Williams and H. Arthur Williams and Susan K. Williams, all of Vienna, Va.; two great-grandchildren, Kathleen E. Williams and Joshua F. Williams, both of Vienna; a sister-in-law, Louise Cone of Statesboro; and three nieces and a nephew.

VISITATION: 4-8 p.m. today at Jake A. Futch Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Friday at Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church, burial in Eastside Cemetery.
