As stated in the book "Howards of Eastern Kentucky" Volume II by
MAGOFFIN COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY
Page 348 states William Douglas Howard is thought to be son of
George Howard and Elizabeth Barnett.
Part of his family is on page 428 This dosn't seem to true.
His father seems to be George F. Howard 1816-1866.
His mother seem to be Rhoda Long 1816-1866.
Victorias Marriage Certificate does state that her fathers name is Douglas!
Cemetery is located on Hwy 542, 1.1 mile from Hwy 30, high up on the mountain in fence above Clemons Cemetery with 20 to 30 others.
