Haddox
PEEBLES, Ohio - Mrs. Blanche Riley Haddox, 58, of Peebles, died about 4 a.m. today in the emergency room at Adams County Hospital in West Union. Mrs. Haddox was taken to the hospital after suffering an apparent heart attack at home.
A native of Rarden, she was of the Baptist faith.
Preceded in death by her first husband George Taylor, she is survived by her second husband Ben Haddox; three daughters Mrs Maxine Huffman of Dayton and Mrs Phyllis Terrel and Mrs Marilyn Clark both of Peebles; three sons Clyde, Churles and James Taylor, all of Peebles a stepson Robert Haddox, serving with the Army in Germany; two brother, Jack and Robert Riley, both of Rarden; three sisters, Mrs. Oralee Frost of Peebles, Mrs Josephine Carter of Loveland and Mrs. Essie Little of New Vienna; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Rev. Noble Miller is to conduct services at 1 p.m. Saturday at Rarden Baptist Church. Burial is to be in Locust Grove Cemetery near Peebles.
