She was a daughter of the late Latimer R. and Laura Mae Winfrey Humble and the widow of Cecil B. Hopper.
Survivors include three children, Roger Hopper, Louisville, Zana Wolfe, Brownsville, and Corinna Cooper, Jamestown; two brothers, Oscar Humble, Franklin, Indiana and Avery Humble, Indianapolis; four sisters, Eulene Webb, Cincinnati, Mary Cooper, Louisville, Audrey Humble, Monticello, and Margie Robertson, Russell Springs; nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were December 20, 1978, at 10:00 a.m. at Rippetoe Funeral Home, with Bro. Hubert Wilson and Bro. Earl Carey officiating. Music arrangements were by Bro. and Mrs. Roger Popplewell. Interment was in Rexroat Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Ronald Smith, Ora Jasper, H.M. Bottoms, Larry Shaw, and Charles Shaw.
