Oletha Roberts, a resident of Eureka Springs, was born Aug. 4, 1920, a daughter of William J. and Delilah Grace (Allen) Rederford. She died on Thursday, March 8 in Eureka Springs at the age of 86.
Mrs. Roberts was a loan officer at a bank in Wichita, Kan. She was a member of the Beaver Lake Fellowship Church.
On Jan. 1, 1938, she married Paul James Roberts Sr. who survives her of the home. She is also survived by three grandsons, Greg and wife Teressa Roberts of Virginia Beach, Va., Jeff Roberts of Derby, Kan., and Chuck and wife Pattie Jarrett of Eureka Springs; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Pat Roberts of Wichita, Kan.; and five step grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her son, Paul J. Roberts Jr.; her daughter, Connie Lea Jarrett; and her sister, Jane Needham.
Memorial services were held March 12 at the Beaver Lake Fellowship Church with Rev. Mike Mercer and Rev. Elmer Griever officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Beaver Lake Fellowship Church Building Fund at 12747 Hwy. 187, Eureka Springs, AR, 72632.
