Third of five children, oldest of two sons of Charles Lewis Percival and Emily Kezar. Husband of Verneda M, 1852 to 12 Apr 1946. Father of Emily Lodema Percival and Almeda Angeline Percival.
Osceola would travel with his Adventist preacher father for work, finally moving to Nevada City, CA in 1890 where his sister, Lodema Caroline Shurtleff, had moved. He would return to his father's home and then to Illinois where he remained until is death. He was buried 26 Aug 1911.
