Helen Florence Montgomery, 77, Berkeley Springs, died Sunday, April 12, 1998, at War Memorial Hospital, Berkeley Springs.
Born May 12, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Floyd E. and Laura A. Fritzman Cain.
She was of the Protestant faith.
She retired from Barr-Stoffard in Baltimore.
Surviving are one sister, Gladys V. Douglas, Hedgesville; five brothers, Virgil D., Glenn R. and Stanley L. Cain, all of Berkeley Springs, and Lester C. and Ercel V. Cain, Martinsburg.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Augustus R. Montgomery, in 1980; one sister, Zella R. Cain; and three brothers, Lawrence E., Hammond L. and Raymond F. Cain.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 16, at the Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home, 106 South Mercer Street, Berkeley Springs, with the Rev. Nancy Duerling.
Interment will be in Greenway Cemetery, Berkeley Springs.
Calling hours are 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, April 15, at the funeral home which will be open at 9 a.m.
