"William C. Allen was a judge in Walworth Co, WI - his sister Sarah became the second wife of A.H. Barnes. He is buried in the Allen plot of the Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan, block 48, section 11, lot 0, not too far from the Barnes family. His mother and a brother are buried in section 12 along with several unidentified Allen family members."
