Hymn Writer, Singer. Born in Gullarp, Skane, Sweden, he was a Lutheran Pietist who travel all over Scandinavia singing hymns written by Lina Sandell Berg. He composed the hymn "Children of the Heavenly Father", as well as many others. He died in Karlshamn, Blekinge, Sweden.
