Minton, Carl M. age 90 of Maryville passes away Wednesday, November 19, 2003 at Fairpark Healthcare Center. He was a member of East Maryville Baptist Church and a retired farmer. Preceded in death by: Parents, W.H. and Sarah Minton; Sisters, Francis Haven, Nina Myers, Thelma Burger and Edith Burger Betson. Survivors include: Wife of 42 years, Mabel Whitehead Minton; several nieces and nephews; Special Nieces, Irma Irwin and Martha Lowe; Special Nephews, Larry Burger; Sister-in-law, Ruth Hatcher; Brother-in-law and Sister-in-law, Ernest & Brownie Whitehead. Funeral service will be at 7:00 PM, Friday, November 21, 2003 in the West Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. David Webster and Rev. Keith Johnson officiating. Interment will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 22, 2003 at East Maryville Baptist Church Cemetery.
