Excerpt--James Blaine Casseday, 89, of Tunnelton, died Nov. 16, 1980 at his home. He was born April 25, 1891, in Rowlesburg, a son of the late Samuel Moses and Mary Alice Sypolt Casseday. He was a retired coal miner and trackman for the B&O Railroad, and a veteran of WW I. He is survived by his wife, Mary E. Myers Casseday; two daughters, Mrs. Floyd (Georgia) Durst of Mountain Lake Park, Md., and Mrs. Walter (Bernice) Melcheck of Kingwood; two granddaughters, Mrs. Donna Sue Tetor of Oakland, Md., and Linda Lou Durst of Mountain Lake Park. Burial was in the Camp Chapel Cemetery, Tunnelton.
