Miss Ruth Ann Wilson, 71, of Leitchfield, KY, went to be with her Lord at Twin Lakes Regional Medical Center in Leitchfield.
She was born in Falls of Rough KY, the daughter of the late Ganey Wilson and Gencie Embry Wilson.
She attended the Hanging Rock Baptist Church.
She is survived by four brothers, Stanley Wilson (Judy) of Owensboro, KY, Wilbur Wilson (Diane) and Allen Wilson both of Louisville, KY and Sherman Wilson (Gail) of LaGrange, KY and one sister Sandra Wilson Farris (Randall) of Leitchfield.
Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother Don Henry Wilson.
Funeral services were held at the Dermitt Funeral Home in Leitchfield. Brother Chester Shartzer officiated.
Burial was in the Shady Grove Cemetery.
