Snyder--Funeral for Mrs. Rueben C. Popnoe, 50, resident of Scurry County 44 years, was to be held Wednesday in Greenhill Baptist church with the Rev. Allen Carlrite, pastor, officiating.
Burial for Mrs. Popnoe, who died Tuesday at her home four miles north of here following a heart attack, was to be in Snyder Cemetery, under direction of Bell-Scale Funeral Home.
She was born April 26, 1914 in Parker County, and married Nov. 23, 1935 in Sweetwater. Mrs. Popnoe was a member of the Greenhill Baptist Church.
Survivors are her husband; one daughter, Sherilyn Kay of Snyder; one son, Charles of Snyder; two sisters, Mrs. Ramona Cain and Mrs. Billie King, and a brother, Floyd Leatherwood, all of Snyder.
