Otis Antle was born August 31, 1881 and departed this life January 15, 1951, making him 69 years, four months and 15 days old.
He professed faith in Christ at an early age and united with the Separate Baptist Church.
He was united in holy matrimony to Lula Hayes in 1902. To this union were born seven children, five survive to mourn his passing. His wife preceded him in death 29 years ago.
In 1926 he was united in marriage to Ollie Campbell, who also departed this life in 1937.
In 1946 he was united in marriage to Eva Hadley.
He leaves his wife and five children, namely: Omra Antle, Glensfork, Ky, Jewell Aaron, Glensfork, Ky, Dorothy Sullivan and William Antle, Jamestown; also 16 grandchildren, two great grand children; three sisters, five brothers; a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing. We feel that our loss is heaven's gain.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m. at Coffey's Friendship Thursday, January 18, with burial in the family cemetery, conducted by Rev. Oris Bailey and Rev. Carl Reese.
Rippetoe Funeral Home, Russell Springs, was in charge of all arrangements.
