Mrs. Letha Virginia Jarrett Rabon, 94, died Sunday, Feb. 27, 2011 at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, Al. Her funeral will be a graveside service Tuesday, March 1, 2011 at 3:00 PM in the Blakely Cemetery with Rev. Jay Reppert officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 Pm up until funeral time at 3PM. Honorary pallbearers will be Jos Freeman, Jarrett Freeman, John Freeman, Perry Jarrett, Espy Smith and Scott Rabon.

Mrs. Rabon was born Jan. 4, 1917 in Adairsville, Ga. to the late William Lance Jarrett and Villa Manie Anderson Jarrett. She was a seamstress for Robere Mfg. Co., a homemaker and a member of the Centerville United Methodist Church. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Hiram Bruce Rabon, Sr. and by a daughter Gayle Rabon.

Her survivors include 2 sons: Hiram (Butch) Rabon, Jr. and wife Kathy and Greg Rabon & wife Barbara, all of Blakely, Ga.; 2 daughters: Linda R. Harmon & husband Gary of Freeport, Fl. and Sue Freeman and husband Joe of Blakely, Ga. There are 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
