Mrs. Apps was born on August 5, 1919, in Glen Rock, a daughter of the late Charles E. and Emma L. Crawford Bailey.
She was a former member of Zion Lutheran Church, Glen Rock, and had volunteered for many years at the South Central York County Senior Citizens Center. She retired in 1982 from the Baltimore County Board of Education where she was employed as a Cashier for over 20 years.
She leaves a son, Grant L. Apps of Jarrettsville Md.; two grandchildren, Rex Riley Myers and Laura J. Riley; a daughter-in-law, Linda F. Riley; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, William A. Riley.
Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery, Glen Rock.
