She married Wiley Worth English on June 22, 1899 at the home of her parents in Kremlin, OK.
Maud was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and The Enid Study Club, which club founded the Enid Public library. Member also of the P.E.O. Sisterhood, a philanthropic educational organization, where women celebrate the advancement of women, educate women through scholarships, grants, awards, and loans, and motivate women to achieve their highest aspirations.
She helped to raise her sisters son's; she never had children of her own.
