Obituary
Herbert Dixon Senat, 48, died yesterday afternoon in Fitzgerald-Mercy Hospital, after an illness of six weeks. He lived at 417 North Swarthmore Avenue, Ridley Park [Phila., PA]. Prior to that, he lived in Glenolden for 23 years.
For 25 years he was one of the leading commercial advertising artists in the country. He was a great-grandson of Peter Wright, the first shipbuilder in Philadelphia, and a nephew of Prosper L. Senat, a noted water color artist.
Surviving him are three children; Herbert, Mary, and William, two brothers; J. Earl, and Lloyd, two sisters; Edith and Lillian.
