Mrs. Miranda Dimick died Thursday
afternoon at 4:35 at the home of her
daughter, Mrs. William Bergreen in
Wardboro, at the age of 83 years.
She had been an invalid for nine
years, following an injury to her hip.
Her husband, James Dimick, preceded
her in death eight years ago.
She was the mother of 12 children,
eight of whom are living. They are
James H. Dimick of Ogden, Utah;
Albert Dimick of Georgetown; E. J.
I Dimick of Nampa and F. A. Dimick of
Montpelier; Mrs. Rhoda A. Langford of
Salt Lake City, Mrs. Rachael Dalrymple
of Montpelier; Mrs. William Bergreen
and Mrs. Arthur Nate of Wardboro.
She is also survived by a large
number of grand children and great
Deceased came to Salt Lake in 1849
with her parents, from England, they
being pioneers of Cache Valley. She
came here with her husband and they
were among the first eight families to
spend the winter in Bear Lake County.
The funeral will be held Sunday at
2 o'clock in Wardboro.
