Isaac C. Jared md 2nd Nettie (Leftwich) Wallace, b. 29 July 1888 d. 2 February 1987, widow of Azro W. Wallace and the d/o Lewis Temple "Luke" Leftwich & Tennessee Frances Ensor. Nettie is buried in Smellage Cemetery next to her 1st husband Azro W. Wallace (1889-1957). Isaac Claiborn Jared, s/o Isaac F. Jared & Margaret A. "Maggie" Stone.

Isaac Claiborn & Alta E. (Stanton) Jared had two children: Frank Wilson Jared, b. 3 Dec. 1909 md Edith Wyrick & Imogene Jared, b. 8 Nov. 1911 – d. 20 Feb. 1931, never married.

They had one son named Wilson Jared, b. 3 December 1909 md Edith Wyrick and they had one daughter named Imogene Jared, b. 7 August 1911 – d. 20 February 1933, she is buried in Cookeville City Cemetery next to her parents Isaac Claiborn Jared &
Alta Stanton. Also buried next to them is John Claiborn Jared, b. 13 April 1947 – d. 13 April 1947, s/o Frank Wilson Jared & Edith Wyrick.

Funeral services for Isaac Claiborn Jared, 92, were conducted from the Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Funeral Home, Thursday, 21 November 1974 at 2:00 with the Rev. David Campbell officiating.
Mr. Jared, a resident of Rt. 1 Baxter, died November 20 in the local hospital following an extended illness.
He was a native of Putnam County, the son of the late Isaac and Maggie Stone Jared.
He had been self employed, operated Jared Monument Works since 1902 until his retirement. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Nettie Leftwich Jared; a son, Wilson Jared, Cookeville; 2 granddaughters, Donna Jean Jared, Cleveland, OH and Ann Wilson Jared, Nashville.
Burial was in Cookeville City Cemetery
