Actress. Ina Claire Fagan was born in Washington D.C., and began her career in the Theatre making her film debut in "The Puppet Clown" (1915). A veteran of over 35 features, her credits included "National Red Cross Pageant" (1917), "Polly with a Past" (1920), "The Last of Mrs Cheyney" (1925), "Ninotchka" (1939) and "Claudia" (1943).
