Bonnie R. Hornbrook

Bonnie R. Hornbrook, 75, died Monday, June 14, 2004, at her residence in Greenwood.

She was born Aug. 10, 1928, in Vevay. Her parents were William and Suzanne (Whitaker) Bray. Her adoptive parents were Daniel and Dee Bray. She married Leo Hornbrook on Dec. 10, 1947. He survives. Other survivors include two sons, Michael L. Hornbrook of Indianapolis and Rick L. Hornbrook of Greenwood; a daughter, Sue Hahn of Greenwood; a brother, Paul Bray of Providence, R.I.; two sisters, Adonna Church of Sebring, Fla., and Julia Dahl of Greenwood; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and five sisters.

She was employed by Marsh as a cashier for 20 years before retiring. She previously worked for RCA for 10 years.

She was a member of Mount Pleasant Christian Church and enjoyed bowling.

The Rev. Chris Hornbrook will conduct a service at 10 a.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Home, 1977 S. State Road 135 in Greenwood. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
