He began his career in television, making his debut on the series "Car 54, Where Are You?" followed by appearances on "Gunsmoke," "Get Smart," "He & She," "McMillan & Wife," "The Bob Crane Show," and many more. His other film credits included "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" (1969), "Desperate Characters" (1971), "What's Up, Doc?" (1972), "Radio Days" (1987), and "Shadows and Fog" (1991). During his 40-plus years in show business, he also cultivated a robust career as a voice actor working on such projects as "The Jetsons," "The Flintstones Kids," "The Little Mermaid," "Duckman," "Life With Louie," and "The Land Before Time" series. He died of cancer.
