Virginia Faye Ralph

Virginia Faye Ralph, 84, Cheshire, Ohio, passed away on Wednesday, March 10, 2010, at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis.

She was born on November 14, 1925, in Cheshire, Ohio, to the late Blaine and Edith (Hix) Ralph. Mrs. Ralph was a member of The Old Kyger Freewill Baptist Church. She loved to sing in the choir. Virginia will be sadly missed by her nieces, nephews and friends. May we still hear Aunt Ginny say, "Thank you, thank you, for everything you have done."

She was preceded in death by two sisters and six brothers, Lucille, Gladys, Forest, Lawrence, Kenneth, Wesley, James and an infant brother. Also two nephews, Marvin and Gerald.

She is survived by nieces and nephews, Bob, Elata, Kenny, Betty, Joyce, Vivian, Janet, Paula, Peggy, Sandra, Judy Ann, Paul, and many great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, March 13, 2010, at The Old Kyger Church with the Rev. Steve Little officiating. Burial will follow in the Gravel Hill Cemetery in Cheshire.

Friends may call from 6-8 p.m., Friday, March 12, 2010, at Anderson McDaniel Funeral Home in Pomeroy.

The family would like to thank The Old Kyger Church, Ginny's extended family, for all the wonderful things they did for Ginny, and to Bob and Brenda who were always on call.

Pallbearers are to be Kenny, Ron, Rich, Cliff, Bob and Ty.
