Encil J. 'Ed' Hostutler, 73, died Oct. 2, 1988.
Mr. Hostutler retired in 1979 after 36 years in production with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. He was born in West Virginia and lived most of his life in the Akron area.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret B.; son, John Michael Hostutler of Roanoke, Va.; and sister, Alice Wise of St. Petersburg, Fla. Funeral liturgy will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Martha Church. The burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery.
