The last will and testament of Thomas C. Ashton of the town of Newfane in the County of Niagara and State of New York. . . .
First, after payments of debts, funeral expenses, etc, I give and bequeath unto my wife Emeline Ashton all the real and personal estate I shall be possessed of at the time of my decease for her use . . . On and after the decease of my said wife I give and bequeath all my said real and personal estate unto my son John A. Ashton . . . appoint my son Thomas E. Ashton sole executor . . .
