Shirley Valot, 80, of Mackinaw City, peacefully passed away Friday, Jan. 28 while surrounded in love at the Northern Michigan Regional Hospital in Petoskey.
The Christian burial Mass is Wednesday, Feb. 2 at 11 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Mackinaw City. Fr. Harry Speckman O.F.M. and Sister Chris Harold will celebrate the Mass. Visitation is Tuesday, Feb. 1 from 6– 8 p.m. at Nordman-Christian Funeral Home in Cheboygan. Please join the family for a Scripture Service that evening, beginning at 7 p.m. An additional visitation is Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. Interment will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Mackinaw City.
