Isidor J. Haberl, 72, of Route 2, West, a retired farmer, died March 28, 1986 in a Temple V.A. Hospital.
Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. March 30 in Kotch Funeral Home Chapel.
Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at 10 a.m. March 31 in St. Martinís Catholic Church in Tours. Msgr. Frank Miller was celebrant. Burial followed in St. Martinís Cemetery.
Mr. Haberl was born February 16, 1914, in Tours. He lived in the Tours area all his life. He was a member of St. Martinís Catholic Church where he was an usher. He was a member of the St. Martinís Society and K.J.T. Society No. 31.
He was an Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Haberl was a member of the Disabled American Veterans Post No. 3 in Waco and was a member of the Board of Directors of the McLennan County Farm Bureau and Hilltop Waterworks Company where he served as a meter reader a number of years.
Survivors include a brother, A.C. Haberl of West and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were: Malcolm A. Haberl, Allan Kubacak, David Nemec, Kenneth Vochoska, Frank A. Haberl and Paul A. Haberl.
