"Greenford - June 1 – Mrs. Sarah Huffman, aged 96, wife of David Huffman, died Saturday night at 12 o'clock at her home in this place of pneumonia following a stroke of paralysis suffered last week Tuesday. She was born in Page county, Va., but had lived in Ohio almost 50 years. Mr. and Mrs. Huffman recently celebrated their 64th wedding anniversary. Mrs. Huffman was a member of the Christian church and highly esteemed by all who knew her. Her death was the first break in the family circle, she being survived by her husband and the following children, all of whom were at her bedside when she died; Millard Huffman, Greenford; James, Silas and Charles Huffman, Mrs. C. H. Sell and Mrs. L. U. Hulin, Youngstown; Mrs. F. L. McEwen, Alliance; Mrs. H. L. Weikart and Mrs. John Basinger, Canfield; Mrs. L. C. Cost, Baltimore. Seventeen grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren also survive. Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock were conducted by Rev. George Peckham. The remains were placed in the mausoleum in the Canfield cemetery."
