Born May 1, 1896 in Milton, Ore., to Henry C. and Frances Dickerson Derrick, she married Charles Edward Simonis in Richland, Ore. He died in 1956.
She was a member of Southeast Christian Church and lived most of her life in Richland, Ore. She is survived by a son Ellis E. Simonis, Tabiona, Utah, one grandchild, three great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter. She was preceded in death by five brothers and three sisters.
Graveside funeral services were held Tuesday, Aug. 20, 1985 at Midvale City Cemetery. Services were held at Goff Mortuary, 8090 So. State St., Midvale, Utah.
