He was born April 30, 1883, in the Town of Wayne, Washington County, the son of Wensel and Katherine Strobel Beisbier. He married Anna Jaeger on Sept 16, 1913 at St. Martin's Church, Ashford.
Mr. Beisbier was a member of St. Kilian Holy name Society and Apostolate of Suffering.
Survivors include a son, Byron of Route 3, Campbellsport, three grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild; and a sister, Mrs. Angie Murphy of Shorewood. He was preceded in death by his wife on Oct. 5, 1970, by 1 granddaughter; ***** sisters and two brothers.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Twohig Funeral Home, Campbellsport and at 10:30 a.m. at St. Kilian Church, St. Kilian. The Rev. Adrian Tr**t will officiate, and burial will be in the St. Matthew's Cemetery, Campbellsport.
Visitation for Mr. Beisbier will be after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home.
