Moulton E. Bridges Succumbs to Death
Mr. Moulton E. Bridges, aged 78, died Sunday night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. E.L. Peacock, in Tennille after a brief illness. Mr. Bridges was one of Washington county's best known farmers and was always interested in civic and
religious affairs. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. E.L. Peacock, Mrs. Clarence Smith, Mrs. Claud Joiner; three sons, Irwin Bridges of Sandersville, Fred Bridges of Statesboro and Louis Bridges of Jacksonville. Funeral services were held at the Baptist church by his pastor, Rev. R.D. Hodges with interment at Bethany church.
