Coleen Coffey Annas, 81, 2785 Mission Road, Hudson, NC, died Wednesday, July 9, 2003 in a Minot Hospital.

Coleen Coffey was born on March 10, 1922 in Avery County, North Carolina the daughter of John Sherman and Bunia Vista Coffey. She lived most of her childhood in Rosebourgh, North Carolina. In September of 1941, she married Grayson J. Annas and they lived most of her adult life in Hudson, NC. Her husband died on August 12, 1967.

She was a member of Sunrise Baptist Church, Hudson, NC.

Survivors: sons, Michael E. Annas, Minot, ND and Neal B. Annas, Hudson, NC; daughters, Pamela J. Coley, Minot, ND, Debra A. Drosh, St. John, USVI and Patricia E. Ryder, Big Sky, Mt.; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Horace Coffey, Lenoir, NC; sisters, Ollie Hollander, Lenoir, NC, Molly Jones, Lenoir, NC, Delores Gragg, McArthur, West Virginia, Lorraine Corley, Hudson, NC, Mildred Holland, Goldsboro, NC, Doris Setzer, Lenoir, NC and Carolyn Morgan, Matthews, NC. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Willie and Cuba Coffey and two sisters, Cenie Coffey and Onie Gragg.
