The marriage of Miss Helen Rebecca Reed, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Levin Reed, of Germantown, Md., to Mr. Charles DeAtley, of Washington, took place yesterday afternoon in the Metropolitan Baptist church, the Rev. John Compton Ball officiating. The church was decorated with palms and pink roses. ...They will reside in Washington after July 15.
