Apostle of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and son of Apostle George Q. Cannon. At the age of twenty-six he served prison time for unlawful-cohabitation for polygamy. He then served as a missioary in England, Germany, and Switserland. He was called to the Apostleship at age thirty. He died suddenly at the age of only thirty-seven of a severe illness.
