Mrs. Richardson

Graveside sevices for Willie May Richardson, 84, of Lamapsas were Friday afternoon at Forest Lawn Cemetery at Beaumont.

Mrs. Richardson died Wednesday at Metroplex Hospital.

She was born in Beaumont, the daughter of Earnest Earl and Willie Griffith Canant.

She married Macke Zenas Richardson on June 3, 1936.

Mrs. Richardson was a homemaker and a Baptist. She was active in Lampasas Senior Center activities and was an ombudsman at Leisure Lodge Nursing Home in Lampasas.

Suriviors include three daughters, Betty Hendrix, and husband, Harry, of Lampasas, Alma Bergen, and husband, Russell, of Houston, and Willie Wright of Beaumont; 12 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1979, and one son, Macke Earnest Richardson.

Briggs-Gamel-Wilcox Funeral Directors of Lampasas was in charge of arrangements.
