Loretta J. Novy, died October 27, 2007, at her home in Prescott, Ariz. She was born Aug. 13, 1919, in Chicago, Ill., the daughter of Louis John and Anna Marie (Wagner) Novy.
Loretta was 88 years old when Loretta and Martin moved to Prescott in 1986 from Lake Havasu, Ariz.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She enjoyed taking care of her family and pets and entertaining. She loved playing bridge.
Loretta worked in the banking, dentistry and computer fields throughout her life.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Robert Reiter; and her sister Florence Jendras.
Loretta was preceded in death by her husband Martin, in April 13, 1998, and her brother Arthur, in February of 1998.
A Christian Burial Service will be 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, 2007, at the Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home with Rev. Darryl Old C.M.F. officiating.
Inurnment will be at Prescott National Cemetery with her beloved, Martin.
The family suggests memorials to Habitat for Humanity, 1230 Willow Creek Road, Prescott, Ariz., 86301.
