Death:	Jan. 16, 1863 Huntsville Madison County Alabama, USA
Civil War CSA Congressman. A United States Army veteran of the War of 1812 and a member of the Alabama State Legislature. He was elected as a Delegate from Alabama to the Confederate Provisional Congress after that state seceded from the Union, and served in 1861.
