James Abercrombie

Birth:	Feb. 18, 1792
Death:	Jul. 2, 1861
US Congressman. He served during the War of 1812 as a Corporal in the Georgia State Militia Cavalry. He was elected to represent Alabama's 2nd District in the United States House of Representatives, serving from 1851 to 1855.
