Andrew was the second son of Thomas I and Elizabeth. He was born in 1663 on St. Thomas Plantation. From Thomas I, he inherited the lands known as "St. George" in 1685. He married Elizabeth Green, granddaughter of Thomas Green, an original landowner in Maryland. As a wedding present, Andrew and Elizabeth received a 100 acre partial of "Green's Inheritance" plantation on the west side of the Port Tobacco River. They had 5 children: Mary (b. 1700), Thomas (b. 1700), Ann (b. 1704), Joseph Green (b. 1706), and Clare (b. 1713). Following the death of Elizabeth, he married Juliana Price (widow of Robert) in 1718. The descendents of Andrew are discussed in length in Charles Heavrin's book, Simon's Sons.
