Annie Ludene Garrison, 87, of Thorsby died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010. She was born on Saturday, May 5, 1923, in Fayette, daughter of the late H.E. McDonald and the late Emma Shellnut Garrison. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her daughter, Myra Headley of Thorsby; son, Harold (Mary Kate) Garrison of Thorsby; 6 grandchildren. 8 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild and sister, Lorene Hodges of Northport.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lomax Garrison; son, Carl Franklin Garrison; and daughter, Carol K. Gore.

Services will be Thursday, Dec. 2, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donald Jones officiating, Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby. Martin Funeral Home directing.
