He attended the Assembly of God Church.
Mr. Davis was servived by six children; Mynettia Lucille (Ann) Gannon, Walter G. (Jack) Davis, Violet Adeline Sluder, Wanda Lou Embry, Floyd Eugene Davis, Paul D. Davis.Also surviving were two sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Matt Englert and Ann Galyan, Rufus Davis and Jim Davis.
