She was born in Bloomsburg on Nov. 17, 1944, the daughter of the late Paul J. and Hazel I. Dodson Crockett.
Donna graduated from Lake-Lehman High School in 1962 and later from Wilkes-Barre Business College.
She worked as a supervisor at the Office of Personnel Management, and later retired as a clerk typist from the Board of Veterans Appeals, Wilkes-Barre.
Donna was a member of the Fairmount Springs United Methodist Church, the Shick-Shawnee Chapter 190 Order of the Eastern Star, Past Matrons/Past Patrons Association of District 22 and the Broadway Cemetery Association.
Donna Jean is survived by a brother, William J. Crockett, Broadway; nephews, William Crockett and fiancee, Adrienne, Dallas; Robert Crockett and his wife, Penny, Red Rock; great-nieces, Victoria Crockett, Dallas; Kelli Jean Crockett, Red Rock.
A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family from the Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., corner of state routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek, with the Rev. Michael T. Bodek of the Fairmount Springs United Methodist Church officiating.
Interment will be in the Broadway Cemetery, Ross Township. Friends may call 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
