Dora is the daughter of Sidney S. Maynard and Mary J. Livingston Maynard. She is also the twin of Cora Maynard.
Sidney & Mary had at least 9 children.

Dora first married Charles "Charlie" A. Casey. Together they had at least one daughter Gladys Pearl Casey. Sometime after that Dora and Charlie either divorced or seperated. Dora possibly remarried or just took the last name of Unknown Kelley.
Her death card says Mrs. Dora B. Kelley. So, I am thinking they married, but I can not find a marriage certificate for Dora and a second husband.
Her parents have a stone by their graves that says Maynard/Kelley.
