Eath married 2) Ruby Lee Jenkins Noble (1904-1974) in 1940. She had a son by a previous marriage, Robert Lee Noble (1923-1950). Eath and Ruby lived in Cleburne, Texas.

William E. Kelley died Saturday afternoon in a local hospital. He was born June 17, 1877, in Mississippi.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Monday at Henderson Street Baptist Church with the Revs. Hubert Foust and J.W. Bruner, Jr. of Hillsboro officiating. Interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery with Dillon's in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers, who were nephews, were W.R. Kelley, Doyle Kelley, Ervin Kelley, Alton Kelley, R.C. Burton and Luther McCaghren.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. W.E. Kelley, 1104 E. Henderson St.; two sons, Dennis C. Kelley, San Antonio, and Robert Lee Noble, Cleburne; a sister, Mrs. J.W. McCaghren, Mount Calm; three brothers, G.D. Kelley, Abilene, E.W. Kelley, Lamesa, and W.O. Kelley, Mount Calm; three grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
